Foundation Seeking Teams, Sponsors for Golf Classic

WINTERVILLE�Organizers of the Pitt Community College Foundation Fall Golf Classic are seeking teams and sponsors for the annual scholarship fundraiser.

This year�s tournament will take place at the par-71, 6,568-yard Greenville Country Club on Oct. 1. Morning foursomes tee off with a shotgun start at 8:30. The afternoon starting time is 1:30. Winners will be announced for both starting times.

The entry fee is $125 per player, which includes a round of golf with cart, breakfast, lunch, two mulligans, a gift bag, and entry into several contests and drawings, including the annual �$10,000 Putt for Cash.�

Sponsorships are available for $1,000, which includes a team in the tournament and the sponsor�s name prominently displayed during the event and in media promotions. Hole sponsorship costs $600, which includes a sign on a hole during the event and a team in the tournament.
