This is a reminder that CVCC is partnering with Catawba County Public Health to provide an H1N1 flu clinic on Wednesday, February 3th, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  This clinic will be held on the 1st floor of the Cuyler A. Dunbar (CAD) Building.  H1N1 flu shots will be available at no charge (FREE!).  Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Chick-Fil-A lunch nuggets, discount meal cards, hand sanitizers and other incentives will be offered FREE to those who attend the clinic.    The flu clinic will offer both injectable vaccine as well as nasal mist.   Only those individuals that are ages 2-49 years of age without any chronic medical conditions may take the nasal mist.   Everyone can receive the injection.  Should you have any questions prior to this clinic please contact Catawba County Public Health at 828-695-5800 or visit www.catawbacountync.gov/phealth This clinic is open to the public as well as ALL CVCC students, so feel free to let your family and friends know about the clinic. A form which must be completed for Catawba County Public Health before receiving the H1N1 vaccine has been emailed to your student email account as an attachment.  Printing and completing this form prior to your visit to the clinic in the CAD Building will save you some time at the clinic.  A supply of forms will be available at the clinic.
