Student Computer Support Center (SCSC)

The Student Computer Support Center (SCSC) at Berklee College of Music provides a single point of contact to Berklee College of Music students for computer technology support.

Support is available for required computer hardware, supported software, and available college resources. The SCSC is part of Berklee's Information Technology Training & Support Services department.

The hours of operation are from 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. The Center is closed on weekends, College holidays, and other times when the College is officially closed. Students can obtain support by:
